We'd like to spend a little while explaining who we are
and
what we do. We're about 'inside out thinking for brands' - it's a
bit different from how
many other marketing communications agencies work, but being
different is what makes Woodreed, well, Woodreed.
Our mission (and yes, we have accepted it) is to join up the brand experience, from the inside, out. We do this by treating your internal audience - such as your employees or intermediaries - how others treat your external audience, your customers. Getting the inside right is as important as getting the outside right. We'll come back to the ins and outs of how we do this soon.
So, before we get to the part that's often called the 'science
bit', how about we explain what the funny loop is in our logo. We
expect there are a few boffins out there who've already twigged
it's a Möbius strip - a one sided surface formed by joining
the ends of a rectangle after twisting one end through 180°. If
you follow one round with your finger, you'll find you end up on
the opposite side from where you started, without going over the
edge. It's a bit mad - why not try making one yourself if
you're feeling in a Blue Peter mood.

Why the Möbius strip is right for Woodreed is simple: its single surface is an infinite loop that symbolises how we work - putting brand at the heart of all internal and external communications to create a continuous brand experience for our clients from the inside, out. The result is seamless communications with boundless potential.
