Background to the brief
All financial institutions must now demonstrate their compliance with the new FSA initiative – Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). AXA Life’s internal comms team asked for our help in getting the message out to employees and making sure it became part of their everyday culture by the initial deadline of December 2008.
Our solution
We used the media of film to convey our message to all the leadership team in one go after securing a slot on their meetings’ agenda.
The camera is still rolling
The leadership team are now fully committed to the cause and two further films have
been commissioned to maintain engagement and focus across the business, supported by intranet, print and ambient media.
