Background to the brief
The AXA Insurance Employee Recognition Awards Programme was created to recognise high performing individuals and teams across the business. But run in isolation of the brand values, it had low awareness and a bias towards sales.
Our solution
We relaunched the awards programme based directly on the AXA company values, open to all and rewarding those who most closely ‘lived the values’ in the workplace.
To encourage nominations, we developed an internal awareness campaign of heroic proportions, complementing the existing consumer ad campaign, but with a twist. This was followed by a spectacular awards ceremony at Blenheim Palace.
