Background to the brief

Historically marketing activity for Threshold Key Homes had been tactical, limited to promoting individual developments. To maximize potential the company needed to start behaving like a proper brand.

Our solution

We advised Threshold Key Homes they needed to take a longer term, more strategic view of their communications. The creation of a strategic brand identity for the company was central to this. Woodreed positioned the brand then launched our newly created brand identity across a range of media.

Copycats get in a flap

Imitation is the greatest form of flattery. We were proud to notice that following the launch of the brand campaign, competitors - who had previously used clichéd lifestyle imagery in their own communications - appeared to have re-evaluated. We spotted there was a definite shift away from the tired approach previously rife in the sector.

And brands have value - Threshold Key Homes was recently subject to a successful buy out.
