Background to the brief
Moat Housing is the HomeBuy agent for Kent, Sussex and Essex. Woodreed were briefed to produce a radio ad to encourage the target audience to call Moat to discuss the Open Market HomeBuy scheme, which provides first time buyers with an equity loan to part-finance their purchase on the open market.
Our solution
We produced an ad featuring an everyday garden gossip scene, engaging the audience in a familiar environment. The dialogue bounced back and forth between two neighbours busy discussing the new people in the street, who had moved in with the help of the great deal they got from Moat’s Open Market HomeBuy scheme.
Rise in applications right up our street
There was a 13% increase in enquiries and applications during the two week campaign.
