Background to the brief
Targetfollow are one of the UK's leading commercial property investment, development and management groups. After their acquisition of the majority of the historic Pantiles - the famous Georgian centre of Tunbridge Wells - Targetfollow appointed Woodreed to market their ambitious renewal programme and create a sustainable brand to attract tenants and consumers.
Our solution
After getting to know our market, our competition, our audience and The Pantiles itself inside out, we created a compelling brand positioning to act as a blueprint for all marketing activities. We then developed a brand identity and strapline - 'The Pantiles - The Jewel in the Town'. From there a big idea was developed and from it stemmed a brand advertising campaign to position the brand with tactical event based adverting to drive traffic. A consumer website and B2B brochure followed.
