Brian Cradick and Company - the leading retail property specialist in South East England - were perceived as a provincial agency, despite their expertise extending to Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, South East and South West London. We were commissioned to dispel this perception, promoting them as a dynamic and professional team, with market expertise and personal service.
Our solution
We developed a full page advert for the industry's bible, the Estate's Gazette. A busy and crowded publication, our ad achieved maximum stand out by using white space and a simple, confident message. The headline positioned Brian Cradick and Company as experts with a down-to-earth and friendly approach to business; the imagery playfully combining retail properties with their shopping bags. A follow up e-mailed DM piece further strengthened their position as genuine South East retail property experts.
